Gift not appearing?

Confirm the gift is in stock, the campaign is active, qualifying products are selected, and the native Shopify automatic discount exists. The gift product must be outside the qualifying collection.

Review not showing?

Only published reviews are shown on your storefront.

Review content is read-only. Import original customer feedback; only its publication status can be changed.

Share reward pending?

Requests need manual merchant approval. Shoppers can check their request in the same browser after approval.
